iGovTT authorizes you to view and download the materials at this Site only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You may not modify the materials at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them or any part of them for any public or commercial purpose without the written permission of iGovTT. For the purposes of this Agreement, any use of these materials or any part thereof on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of part of this Agreement, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed material

While iGovTT makes every effort to keep https://appointments.gov.tt up to date, it does not provide any guarantees, conditions or warranties that the information shall be:
- free from bugs or viruses
iGovTT does not publish advice on the Site. You should get professional or specialist advice before doing anything on the basis of the content provided on the Site.
iGovTTis not liable for any loss or damage that may come from using the eAppointment Site. This includes:
- any direct, indirect or consequential losses
- any loss or damage caused by civil wrongs ('tort', including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise
- the use of this Site and any websites that are linked to or from it
- the inability to use this Site and any websites that are linked to or from it
This applies if the loss or damage was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you advised iGovTT that it might happen.
This includes (but is not limited to) the loss of your:
- income or revenue
- salary, benefits or other payments
- profits or contracts
- anticipated savings
- goodwill or reputation
- tangible property
- intangible property, including loss, corruption or damage to data or any computer system
- wasted management or office time

iGovTT does not guarantee that this Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. iGovTT may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of its Site for business and operational reasons. iGovTT shall try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
Keep your account details safe
If you choose or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you shall treat such information as confidential. You shall not disclose it to any third party.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you shall promptly notify us via the ChatBot.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access iGovTT's Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You shall not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You shall not attack iGovTT's site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would deemed to commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act, Chap 11:17. iGovTT shall report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and shall co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site shall cease immediately.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
